Executive Director
I am the Executive Director/Owner of Scholarshine Lake Forest Montessori School. I live in beautiful Southern California with my husband, two boys, and a dog named Leo. I hold a Master's in Science from Cal State Long Beach. I ha completed a certificate diploma in early education.
Since my early childhood, I have been surrounded by great teachers. My mother was a teacher, and witnessing her selflessly create a positive impact on every child's life inspired me from a young age. I pursued a degree in early childhood education to follow my passion for children and education. We believe that children learn best when they are having fun. At Scholarshine Montessori, we strive to create enjoyable learning experiences for your child, fostering a love for lifelong learning.
Prerna Dogra
Assistant Director
I am the Assistant Director of Scholarshine Lake Forest Montessori School. I have a master’s degree in Psychology and a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have thirteen years of experience in the education field. For the last ten years, I have been part of the Lake Forest Montessori family. I live in the city of Rancho Santa Margarita with my husband, two daughters, and my dog.

Kind, Loving, and Nurturing Environment
We love everything about this daycare and specifically their infant program. Our daughter was at home with us for the first ten months and finally we decided it was time to enroll her in a daycare program and we are so lucky to have found Richa and school. The teachers are so kind, loving and nurturing. Our daughter, having not met anyone outside of myself and husband, went right into class with open arms and a smile each day. We are so sad to be leaving but cannot recommend enough.

Academic and Social development
My family had to move out of OC and I very much wish I could bring Lake Forest Montessori School with us to our new location. After 6 months there, our daughter has grown so much academically, socially, and even physically. LFMS staff has become like family to me: Ms. Richa & Ms. Prerna went out of their way to provide great communication to us parents and loads of TLC to my daughter. Preschool teachers Ms. Rosanna and Ms. Sal did an amazing job pushing my daughter to become more independent, verbally expressive and considerate. I would highly recommend this school to any parent. We will miss LFMS very much!

Planned schedule, genuine care
Our girls have been attending LF Montessori since 2020 and we have nothing but good things to say. We are moving out of Orange County and our 2.5 year old is very sad to say goodbye to her teachers. She has thrived in the toddler room- her language exploded, she learned new things every day, and she had so much fun with all the activities that the teachers planned each week. Our youngest has been in the infant room and the teachers are absolutely amazing. They are all so caring, genuine, and update us on everything. Ms Richa and Ms Prerna have always been extremely helpful and kind. We highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking in Lake Forest!
